Background and Context
Benjamin Wofford and his first wife, Anna Todd Wofford, were initially buried on the family farm. In 1920, the college moved their remains to a new grave in the center of the campus and erected the marker to commemorate their contributions to founding the college.

Grave marker in the shape of an obelisk, approximately 5 feet tall. Located approximately 70 yards south of Main Building.
